KONTEJNER's concert series: „Godovi”

New musical project by Nenad Sinkauz, created in collaboration with Luka Čapeta, Pavle Jovanović, Marco Quarantotto, Alen Sinkauz and Josip Šustić, will be performed for the first time at KONTEJNER on 10 June 2026 at 9 pm.

Based on the artistic concept by Nenad Sinkauz, a group of renowned experimental and improv musicians are preparing a new creation for four guitars, double bass, percussion, and electronics. The conceptual starting point for the piece is the life cycle of a tree, both as a long-lived live organism and as the material from which musical instruments are made. Four outstanding guitarists, each recognised for his distinctive musical language, explore their mutual relationships while creating the new layered guitar organism. In this musical exploration, the rhythm section has a different role: spatially separated from the quartet, the double bass and the percussion are counterpointing the guitar texture while simultaneously creating a sonic environment that embraces it.

Co-authors and performers: Nenad Sinkauz, Luka Čapeta, Pavle Jovanović, Marco Quarantotto, Alen Sinkauz, and Josip Šustić.

Tickets are available in presale at a price of 7,00 EUR via the ENTRIO system, while tickets purchased at the door will cost 12,00 EUR.
