Boundary is a holographic video projectionthat explores the notion of digital re-embodiment, attempting to generate a symbiotic synthesis of the digital and the corporeal, blurring the boundary between real and digital, human and technological. How are representations of the body in virtual environments changing our perception of physical bodies? How do bodily changes affect the construction of bodies in virtual space? What happens when a virtual observer, disrupting the overall schema of physical limitations of the digital? Constructing a situation of mutual trespass, the work questions the physicality of the tangible world and disembodiment of the virtual.
