Funk Guru is one of the founders of confusion, and he has been DJ-ing since he was fifteenth. After being dedicated to drum 'n' bass for several years, in 2004 he turned to dubstep, and over the last few years he has been combining a very diverse range of electronic music genres, from the drone sounds of Oneohtrix Never Point and abstract beats of Flying Lotus, Shed's techno and post-dubstep beats of Joy Orbison, to minimalistic drum 'n' bass of Instra:mental and DJ Rashad's juke/footwork rhythms...
